No need to know thousands of Keyboard Shortcut Key to use Excel. Remember the scope of learning Microsoft Excel is unlimited. It's like a deep ocean where Excel Formulas, Functions, Charts, VBA, Power BI, Pivot Table, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, Features, Add-ons are available.

You need to know those important things in Microsoft Excel depends on your needs to full fill your demands. I'm trying to share some important Keyboard Shortcut commands that will be useful for you while you are working in Excel.

  1. CTRL + C : Copy cell value
  2. CTRL + B : Bold text
  3. CTRL + D : Copy upper cell
  4. CTRL + R : Copy left cell
  5. CTRL + P : Print setup
  6. CTRL + N : Take a new workbook
  7. CTRL + S : Save current workbook
  8. CTRL + A : Select All of current worksheet
  9. CTRL + Z : Undo
  10. CTRL + Y : Redo
  11. CTRL + O : File open dialogbox
  12. CTRL + W : Close current workbook
  13. CTRL + F : Find
  14. CTRL + G : Go to
  15. CTRL + HOME : Go to A1 cell of current worksheet
  16. CTRL + END : Go to last used cell of a worksheet
  17. CTRL + Up Arrow : To move your cursor upper used cell before a Blank cell. If there is no used cell, then it will move your cursor at the top cell of a column.
  18. CTRL + Down Arrow : To move your cursor lower used cell before a Blank cell. If there is no used cell, then it will move your cursor at the bottom cell of a column.
