I will say this is an Interactive Battery Chart and it will be easy. So, lets start. Here is the Step by Step Tutorial: Step 1: Your first step is making a data table like below image: Image 2: Data table in Excel of Interactive Battery Chart Step 2 : Select F3:I6 data range and Insert a 3D Stacked Column Chart.
