About Infographic Modern CV:

When you create an infographic CV or Resume for Job interview, it means you create a document that uses the elements of words, graphics, and storytelling to communicate your skills, educational background, and experiences to the person who will be hiring you. The infographic resume is gaining the most popularity in fields that require creativity and visual thinking such as design, but expectations are also high for this. The concept has not gained much of a following in other fields, however.

Today's business world, in many Job sites offer you to download your free infographic CV or Resume from your account. This means, the popularity of this kind of CV or Resume is acceptable for many companies in Bangladesh and as well as other countries. In my office also, I've seen many modern CV using Bar Chart, Circle Chart or Pie Chart, Area Chart, Bubble Chart, Star Rating Chart, Donut Chart to represent the interviewee as creative.

So, what this means is that you should think long and hard before replacing your traditional resume with an infographic CV or Resume. Simply NO. You can easily create it in your Microsoft Excel.

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how you can make your professional Resume / CV attractive to get a interview call quickly.



How to create Rating Bar Chart:

Step 1: First of all design your Personal CV in Excel like below image. Hope you will do it. If any help require, please knock me:

Step 2: Select B13:J24 cell and apply Fill Color as Orange.

Step 3: Rate your Skills with Dark Ash Fill Color. That's it for your CV. But if you want to learn the Rating Bar Chart calculation in Excel then follow below more steps.

Step 4: Enter your Skills Point in A18, A20 and A22 number. I have used RANDBETWEEN() function as RANDBETWEEN(1,5) and make all the formulas Font Color as White.

Step 5: Enter 1 in D17, 2 in E17, 3 in F17, 4 in G17 and 5 in H17. Set the Font color as Orange.

Step 6: Select D18:H18. Select Conditional Formatting - New Rules - Use a formula to determine to which cells to format. Now apply the below formula:
